*: KISS's BEGINNERS GUIDE :*

CHECK THIS OUT - :*

(I made this guide for everyone who wishes to play TNR and to help me teach them the best way to get strong fast.)

ACADEMY STUDENT
(Since this rank is for getting you started the best thing to do is to get the requirements and to go to genin)
The Requirements

18,000 Experience / Academy Student Level 10
Level 5 Clone, Replacement, and Transform Technique
 12 intelligence

To get the experience needed there are 2 ways:
1)Training your statistics (advanced players call them stats)
The best way and most efficient way to get to the genin rank is to train one chakra consuming defense and one stamina consuming defense. In TNR there are
4 offense and defense types
where you can either train their strength(off) or the defense against them(deff) and there are also 4 general stats(called gens). As an academy student you can only train the 1-4 and intelligence. The others will be available with the genin rank
The 4 offense and defense types
1. ninjutsu is using more chakra when trained (5 cp and 2 sp)
2. genjutsu is using more chakra when trained (5 cp and 2 sp)
3. taijutsu is using more stamina when trained (2 cp and 5 sp)
4. weapon jutsu is using more stamina when trained (2 cp and 5 sp)and the
4 general stats
are:
intelligence is using more chakra when trained (70 cp and 30 sp)
willpower is using more chakra when trained (70 cp and 30 sp)
strength is using more stamina when trained (30 cp and 70 sp)
speed is using more stamina when trained (30 cp and 70 sp)

While being AS, the ratio for intelligence is 50 cp and 50sp and it will change to the above after you rank up.Therefore you should train one of either Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in combination with one of either Taijutsu of Weapon defenses in order to maximize the usage of your chakra/stamina pools to their fullest, as well as both increasing your chakra/stamina pools evenly which will be very convenient when you rank up to Genin. It is best to only train your defenses during this stage so when you rank up to Genin you have the opportunity to roll for a Bloodline

A Bloodline can offer you various bonuses which can affect specific Offense types. Meaning if you train your offense at this stage and graduate to genin and then roll an offensive type bloodline different from the offenses you trained to graduate it would be wasted stats since you would now focus solely on training your bloodline oriented offense making it a total waste of time.

2)By having an advanced player help you
Another way to get the experience fast is have someone with a higher rank (the higher the better) flee from you or to attack himself to let you win, thus giving you the experience needed to graduate. Once you have enough you can stop.
Training the intelligence and the 3 jutsu to level 5
are easy to attain and for that you can use the
Bonus Chakra &Stamina
option so you can speed up your training. As long as you obtain a level, claim it and resume training. You’ll need some ryos (game currency) to train the 5 jutsu to level 1 (lvl) and from there you either continue to train them with ryo or use them in battle. The ryo you need for training it’s best if you ask in the
Tavern
(a place where people from a village can talk) for 10k ryos(10000 ryos) and there will be always someone kind enough to spare that amount to you as long as you ask nicely.Intelligence is one of the 4 general stats. You do not gain experience from training general stats but they are a big part of your overall damage combined with your offense and jutsu levels. Each Offense/Jutsu uses more of a specific general stat then the other offenses and jutsu. I will continue this topic later with more details.
Genin
Congratulation, you are now a genin and on your path to glory.
Rolling for a bloodline
The first thing you must do once ranking up to genin is go check to see if you have a
bloodline
(bl). You do this by traveling to the center of the map to the old cabin located at 12.6 .You will not have enough Health(HP)to survive multiple encounters with AI's ( Artificial intelligence; some opponents which appear while traveling) on your journey to the old cabin. It’s best if you wait some time to regenerate if you think you can’t make it. If you get attacked you should use the
Clone Technique
After you are finished with the battle, continue to travel (if you die unfortunately you’ll be sent home to start all over)
PS: I suggest to travel in the Void ( every location which has the coordinate 0.y or x.0) as much as possible unless it’s going to be a big detour to get to the
Old Cabin. PSS:
The map is bigger than you see it on the screen so it’s best if you don’t exceed the portion you see because you might encounter AI which you can’t defeat just yet. After you checked for a bloodline you will know whether or not your offense has been dictated for you. If you do not receive a bloodline you are free to choose whichever offense you want in the future or you can spen dmoney to buy reputation points to purchase yourself a bloodline. There is also the option of
buying reputation points
from other players for a certain amount of ryo(each seller has his price so you’ll have to be smart to get a good one, although it will be quite high to your normal needs). It will take some time to gather all that ryo and there is the chance you could get scammed by someone pretending to sell rep points (to prevent that it’s better to ask the TNR staff to mediate the transaction and to check everyone involved in it by asking around). So resuming from where we left here are the choices you can make:
I didn't get a bloodline, but i want to get one in this case you’ll either buy your own reps or you’ll buy them from someone via ryos
I got a bloodline, but i don’t like it and want to remove/ change it in this case you’ll have to get 5 rep points over the price of your chosen bl to remove it and then see the above.
I got a bloodline and I want to keep it either you got it on the free roll or bought it, you’ll now continue by training while taking advantage of your bl’s effects. In TNR the AS and genin ranks are to train to get stronger. Not getting a good bloodline or one at all, will put you on a different path then a lucky player who got a good bloodline on their first attempt. Many people disagree but a good bl will give you a big advantage compared to someone who doesn’t have one, but don’t be sad, even without a bloodline you can still be strong and with time, when you tune up your character it will come the time to get one.You can learn about the bloodline you rolled in the TNR manual.

Bloodlines are ranked from S-D.

From A-D, you can get them by buying reps while the S-rank are considered the best and you’re verylucky if you get one, especially when you can only obtain it by rolling. Any bl from B-rank and above is good and shouldn’t be changed unless you really want an a-rank one. Some from C-D are still good, but most of them are not useful at all and in the worst case scenario it could beworse than not having a bl at all.
Since things might change this part will be better to be talked with your sensei so you’ll beupdated to the current situation.
For information about them you can contact me on TNR.
Starting training
Before we start training, I must tell you that right now, TNR has a feature called Sensei which gives everyplayer who has at least the jounin rank to train this occupation (occ). For a genin finding a high lvl sensei is veryimportant because it will speed up your training a lot. Of course the higher the lvl your sensei has the faster youcan train, the max being lvl 100.
Here is how you can know your sensei level:
A good sensei will have as his achievements a black belt with yellow straps. If the player doesn’t have it, it means he didn’t train it at all or hasn’t reached even lvl 25.Yellow Stripes:1 stripe = between +50% stat gain and +100% stat gain
lvl 25-lvl 492 stripes = between +100% stat gain and +200% stat gain
lvl 50- lvl 993 stripes = maximum amount of +200% stat gain
lvl100 Training under a sensei it will give less amount of experience which when you rank up, it can deceiveyour opponents regarding your true strength and possibly give you a big advantage in battles

A genin who caps is stats without a capped sensei might have 20M exp (20 mill experience) while someone having a capped one will have under 10M exp, this will make a big difference later on.I strongly recommend to genins who have the possibility to train under a high lvl sensei to do so and to cap those:

IF you respect this order then it’s even better
pools
offence
generals (gens)
defense (deffs )
other offences optional

only after you’re done with the above, but when you’ll rank up, the highest off you have will become your primary one and the only one you’ll train for a long time(if you have more offsat 50k you’re free to choose your primary one)With a capped +200% stat gain sensei you train just as fast as a jounin with jounin regen this is one of the main reasons why I recommend it and you don’t have to worry of being attacked.Of course there is always the possibility to rank up when you meet the chunin requirements but you will get killed by more advanced players and there will be few you’ll be able to beat. If you really know what you’redoing it’s possible to get strong faster and if you choose this option I will assist you in getting there but you must do it like I tell you or you’ll end up killed a lot.Of course even as a capped genin you won’t be able to do much against very advanced players but you’ll stand a better chance and you will find more people that you’ll be able to defeat.

Genin Caps:
Chakra/Stamina Pools = 15,000
HP = 15,000
Offense/Defense = 50,000
General Stats = 10,000

Since we want to train as efficiently and fast as possible the first thing you want to do is cap your chakra/stamina pools. You do this by continuing on like you were training as an academy student by training a combination of defense and offense that evenly uses your chakra and stamina. Because you are gaining bonus stats from your sensei you might end up capping them before you do so to your pools, so you’ll have to switch and continue capping your pools. I recommend to cap all in the order I specified earlier on this page.

For an active genin it will take approximately 50 days to cap all defenses, all generals, and 1 offense. For less active genin it will take closer to 90 days. If it takes much longer then this you are wasting your own time andexperience in the game, as well as your sensei's time being one of his/her students, filling a spot when someother player who is more active than you can’t have.

Health
HP is very important in battles but at the same time, HP is the only thing you
DO NOT want to cap as agenin. The reason I told you this is simple: You increase your HP by doing surgeries and the higher your HP thehigher the surgery costand because genin surgeries do not give you very much HP compared to the other ranksand it slows down your training due to decreased regen when recovering from surgery making it a waste of timeand money. After you rank up surgery gains will be much higher and they will become very important to your ability tofight battles against strong opponents
Jutsu
Jutsus and bloodlines are very important in the current battle system so they get updated a lot and what isgood now might be worse after a new update so I’ll refrain on naming jutsus here. For information about themplease contact me on TNR.
Regen
Your regeneration rate is how quickly your chakra/stamina/HP recharges. Knowing this, you’ll learn that one of the ways you can get more regen is buying a house and
sleep.
Therefore, you should buy the best house available at genin which is the
Larger House
and it’s cheap too(40k ryos; maybe not for a new player but you can try and ask the
Tavern
for the money,someone might donate).

Some other things I should mention you might take them as little tricks
Every rank has 10 levels from 1 – 10 (the exception is special jounin –sj- who has 30)Whenever you claim a level your pools get automatically replenished. If you claim your levels as soon as they are available you will only be replenishing maybe 100-500 chakra/stamina. If you wait until you cap your pools to 15,000 you will replenish all of that chakra and stamina and will be able to do a lot more training in the long run.

Don’t use your levels until you cap your chakra and stamina pools
This can be used to every rank, not just genin.

The rank you plan on choosing
It’s finally the time when you must graduate from genin life and your stat gain. It’s important to think what rank you intend to hold at permanently. Each rank has various advantages and disadvantages like:
who you can attack/who can attack you
available jutsu
amount of surgery you can do
the mission gains
pool size
regenerationThere are a lot of factors which can play a role in your decision. It’s best if you discuss it with your senseifor the best choice for you.If you intend to go all the way to Commander, the fastest way is to go straight to

Special Jounin
This willgive you the largest pools and regeneration for the fastest and most effective training to meet the requirementsand get you to Commander.
